Cardiff Glen

The Stevens Group was the first in the valley to create an affordable housing development designed as Neo Traditional or New Urbanism with the development of Cardiff Glen. Begun in 1998 this 175 unit community is just now being finished. Cardiff Glen, located in Glenwood Springs was modeled after “Old Glenwood”. Providing housing priced below the market average attracted a significant local market. Providing a project designed to offer a high quality life style combined with Built Green efficient homes has created a highly desirable community.

Creativity, leadership and the experience to get the job done are the benchmark of The Stevens Group. Virtually every project has taught us valuable lessons which have helped to fine tune our process whether during design, entitlements, construction or selling/renting homes.
